Lachen; 1991; Coron-Verlag. Facsimile edition of the Manuscript from the Bayerischen Bibliothek München. Nr. 74 of 250 copies; 18,5 x 12 cm; with reproduction of the original pomp cover in gilt silver with enamel ornaments on front and back side; spine with 5 hing-joints with rosette ornaments. Ten full page miniatures, twelve calender pages with images, seven richly decorated initials and hundreds of coloured initials. Both books kept in luxurious boxes (one in leather and one in cardboard). Main initals in real gold (23 1/2 carat). Commentary book with contributions of Erwin Arnold, Mark Evans, Albinia de la Mare and Lorenz Seelig. In Latin language, commentary in German language. The Book of Hours of Lorenzo de' Medici is a remarkable manuscript written in littera antiqua by Antonio Sinibaldi, who signed the work and dated it to the year 1485. Miniatures of Francesco d'Antonio del Cherico. Everything in very good condition. Added: Prospectus from the editor and portfolio with 2 leaves from the Book of Hours (promotion) and a "Bestellurkunde" with the invoice (the amount was in 1991 DM 13.524 and after 1-1-1992 DM 15.484).
